Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. I started by adding termite monitors to the property. Will inspect these on each visit. After fully inspecting the exterior, we did locate two yellowjacket entry points in which I treated with a liquid residual solution that will eliminate the yellow jackets as they move through the treated areas. I also treated the entire exterior foundation for all general insects. I was sure not to treat any vegetation. Please allow 7 to 10 days for best results. The following tasks were performed: • Installed termite monitors around the property, which I will inspect on each subsequent visit. • Conducted a comprehensive inspection of both the interior and exterior of the home. • Treated the interior of the basement with a liquid residual solution to help eliminate any seasonal insects that may arise. Additionally, rodent bait stations were placed the unfinished area of the basement to help eliminate any rodents by feeding. During my inspection I noticed ants trailing from a leaf pile underneath deck. Recommend reducing the leaf liter under deck as it is a conducive condition for ants and other insects. I continued your Premium Plus Pest Control Program by first removing visible spider webs around the exterior of the home, followed by the application of a liquid residual treatment along the perimeter to help prevent pest entry. Additionally, I checked the termite monitors that were previously installed at each corner of the home. At this time, no termite activity was observed. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with carpenter ants. Upon arrival you mentioned seeing carpenter ants on the interior near your front t door mainly. I applied gel bait under the threshold trim and around the door frame in the cracks. I also applied bait in the cracks and crevices around the sliding back door as well. On the exterior. I inspected for termites. I’m happy to report no termite activity at this time. I o stalled termite monitors at all four corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I applied an ant granular bait by the steps near the front door in the soil. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Finally, I removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. Good afternoon, today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. I started by installing termite monitors on the property. Will inspect these on each visit. I inspected and treated the garage for rodents. The weatherstripping is worn and has entry points at both corners. I recommend replacing the weatherstripping or adding some spray foam to those corners to help deter any rodents from moving into the area. I added multiple rodent bait stations to the garage perimeter. I also added multiple snap traps. The bait will help eliminate the rodents by feeding and the traps will help catch and kill. On the exterior, I placed two large bait stations in key areas to help eliminate any rodents on the outside by feeding. Additionally, I removed all visible webbing from the property and applied a liquid treatment in the entire exterior foundation.
