Good afternoon, today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. I started by installing termite monitors on the property. Will inspect these on each visit. I inspected and treated the garage for rodents. The weatherstripping is worn and has entry points at both corners. I recommend replacing the weatherstripping or adding some spray foam to those corners to help deter any rodents from moving into the area. I added multiple rodent bait stations to the garage perimeter. I also added multiple snap traps. The bait will help eliminate the rodents by feeding and the traps will help catch and kill. On the exterior, I placed two large bait stations in key areas to help eliminate any rodents on the outside by feeding. Additionally, I removed all visible webbing from the property and applied a liquid treatment in the entire exterior foundation. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects that move through the treated areas. Please allow 10 to 14 days for best results. We will
On today’s visit, I inspected and treated exterior and garage. I noticed that there were two openings on the sides of the garage door where mice can enter. I recommend replacing the garage door sweep to ensure that no mice can enter the house. I applied a liquid application to exterior foundation. Applied liquid application along interior baseboards, exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Today I completed your complete pest control service. I inspected both the inside and the outside of your home and no signs of any termite damage was found during my inspection today. I then installed a total of 16 stations around the perimeter of your home. This will help prevent and eliminate any termites. I then applied a liquid residual application around all windows, doorways, shed, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate any seasonal pest activity.
